Training

In general, the cleaning industry has always had an extremely poor reputation for providing professional training for its workforce.

However, Global's unique in-house training course has been recognised as the industry leader since 1992.

We insist that our cleaners successfully complete our comprehensive training programme. Apart from providing detailed instruction on all practical matters associated with daily office cleaning, the course also covers issues such as, Health and Safety, Risk Assessment, COSHH and Best Practice, and includes a compulsory written test.

All trainees pay a fee to attend the training course and, if unsuccessful, are not granted any Global contracts.

We believe that the Global Training System is a major factor influencing the quality of your cleaning. No other cleaning company has anything comparable nor so demanding of its operatives.
